Brian and Bill were great to work with. Somehow, someone put a fuel soaked parts missing used Fuel Pump for my order. I had to cancel my shop appt. for the Install, however; Bill and Brian still came thru and Raymond as well. These things happen i guess, but i will still do business with you guys because of your great communication, and prompt response. Thank you! Bruce Berends

FYI: Ford is investigating which Ford dealer returned a used pump as "brand new" in their annual inventory adjustment shipment to Ford. Ford Racing apologizes for the sub-par item being put back into inventory in Michigan without being properly inspected. Ford overnighted the customer a brand new pump assembly.
