NOTE: To maintain cruise control function on 2005-2010 Mustang automatic and manual transmissions, gear change is limited to equivalent of 5% higher or lower ratio (<+/-5% change).  For example, a gear change from 3.55 to 3.73 results in a gear ratio reduction of 4.8% so cruise control will continue to operate normally.  A gear ratio change from 3.55 to 4.11 results in a gear ratio reduction of 13.6% so cruise control operation is lost.

  • The Speed-Dial scales a frequency based vehicle speed signal up/down to maintain accurate vehicle speed indication to the instrument cluster and PCM.

New manufacturing technology utilizing a Face Hob Process which features a single pass pinion tooth machining operation compared to a conventional three pass process for machining. CNC cut and lapped gear teeth. Higher strength and better quality gears are produced with the Face Hob Process. NOTE: These new gears look a little different, the gear teeth are cut on a different angle and the ring gear has a bevel on the back of the gear.

  • Requires 18" Ford OEM Fan Blade Wheels, Shelby GT500 Wheels, or Ford Racing (M-1007-S1895/ M-1007-S1895B1/M-1007-DC1895/M-1007-DC199B/M-1007-SA199/M-1007-SA1910/M-1007-DC199LGB/M-1007-DC1910LGB) wheel or equivalent for caliper clearance.  The 18" Ford OEM Bullitt style wheels will not clear the calipers without front wheel spacers.
