I appreciate the ease of ordering, the fast dispatch and I loved the tracking infomation. I ordered 01/21/11 and received the product 02/03/11. The cost of shipping was a bit of a shock but I will use FRPPD again. Thank you.
We appreciate your business. When we processed your order we noticed that the shipping charges were quoted too high and issued you a credit of over $80 for the shipping to Australia. You may not have noticed the credit.
